    Spent a fantastic new year in the Dolomites! the hotel offered delicious food and an amazing spa experience, with options for both indoor and outdoor pools. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it easy to hit the mountains each day, and even though ski-in/ski-out access wasn't always available, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service. Plus, the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking.

    I had an fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the amazing program of special activities they offered every day, made my experience lovely. the spa area was wonderful, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. The food at the hotel was really good, with the chefs creating a true culinary experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice and enjoyable stay.

    The hotel is situated really close to the ski slopes in the Dolomites, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. the service is top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating. the breakfast selection is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped with all necessary amenities and refreshing decor.

    The parking situation can be a bit inconvenient , with only a limited number of parking spots available, and no guarantee of a valley view.

    The spa was nice and offered different kinds of tea. They also had a well-stocked breakfast. The pool had a good temperature and was clean. Plus, the location of the hotel was convenient for hiking.

    The room was not properly cleaned, and the carpets were filthy. We had no coffee or tea in the room, which was surprising for a 5-star hotel.

    The hotel facilities were excellent, from the spa and wellness area to the clean and spacious rooms. We loved the location, as it was really close to the ski slopes, easy to get on to the mountain. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great variety of options, and the staff were always accommodating and friendly.

    Nothing, all was good.

    The hotel staff is friendly and spontaneous. Excellent service. Clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful mountain views. Perfect location for skiing. Great dining experience with live music.

    the exclusive amenities provided in the Spa & wellness centre were outstanding. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, body scrub, and full body massage treatments were simply amazing. the Spa lounge, treatment room, and relaxation areas were clean, comfortable, and equipped with the latest facilities. the infinity pool and sun terrace provided a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape, ideal for leisure and relaxation. the private facilities in our room exceeded our expectations, offering maximum comfort and privacy. the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and dinner service were exceptional. the packed lunches and special diet menus catered to our specific requirements, and the location advantages were unbeatable.

    Although the small pool was heated, the outdoor section was slightly colder than expected.
